- Group A: Master’s Degree + Experience
- Group B: Bachelor’s Degree + Experience
- Group C: 12th Pass + Typing Speed (35wpm Eng/30wpm Hindi)

- Tier-1: CBT Written Exam (Qualifying)
- Tier-2: CBT Written Exam (All Posts)
- Interview (Group A Posts Only)
