- Go to the "Notifications" or "Latest News" section.
- Click on the link "Download Admit Card for Health Inspector Grade-II".

- Enter your Application Number / User ID and Date of Birth.
- Enter the Captcha code and click on "Submit".
- Your Admit Card will appear on the screen. Download and print it for the exam.
